The HPC market is another product made for the protection of information and telecommunications technology. With our partners we offer a holistic data center project that can be configured in any size and power class.
It was the choice of material for the HPC consciously paid to the use of inorganic, non-metallic materials. This enabled a space system can be created with highest mechanical requirements.
In addition, the space system is thereby flexibly adapt to the environment. Not the dimensions of components, but your requirements describe the size and structure of the HPC.

Special features of the HPCs:
- ECS-S Certified to EN1047-2 by ESSA
- Structural fire protection in F90, 120 or 180 (depending on demand) according to DIN 4102
- Water protection according to EN 50629 / IP 56
- Massive debris overload protection
The EN1047-2
What is the EN 1047-2 and what is behind it?
EN 1047-2: This standard was defined in the 1980s, within a professional and trade association (VDMA). In this standard, the limits are primarily IT, described in terms of temperature and humidity, as well as related test methods.
Why a separate standard for IT? Hardware and media subject in terms of temperature and humidity sensitive limits, as they are otherwise required for fire protection. (Defined in Germany by DIN 4102) in structural fire protection is the rescue of humans and animals in the foreground, in the protection of IT protection of property values. Therefore, in case of fire is the IT through a conventionally built fire apparatus (wall, door, bulkhead, etc.) are not adequately protected (see threshold table).
Justification for the permissible temperature rises:
Deferrals EN 1047-2 compared to the structural fire protection
The following table limits and test conditions of EN 1047-2 and DIN 4102 are compared.

Justification for the permissible temperature rises:
- 70°C (20°C starting temp. plus rise of 50K): Destruction point for IT
- 175°C: ignition temperature of paper

European Security Systems Association eV, the European partner for safety with quality!
To provide the superior quality standards to prove it's for SwissTe absolutely logical that the High Protection Cage is tested according to the standards of the European Certification Body (ECB) and certified. Thus, we submit ourselves to the highest internationally recognized quality and standards for security products.
The European Security Systems Association ev, abbreviated ESSA is an international Verband the security industry. It supports the ECB•S certification of European Certification Body Inc.
According to its guiding principle "quality is safety" the ECB with its ECB•S certification mark highest security features according to European Standards. Currently around 1,000 valid ECB•S certificates are in the global security market. It gives users maximum security in investment decisions. For the insurance industry, it is a reliable and objective basis for the calculation of risks and the associated safety classification.
In 1992 the ECB (former name: Research and Test safes and vaults eV, European Security Systems Association) has been accredited as a certification body to EN 45011. Responsible accreditation body is the present DAkkS German Accreditation Body FuP GmbH was founded in 1967 as a certification body for security products. ECB has thus more than 40 years experience in the testing and certification of security equipment.
Tests of EN 1047-2 are the ECB certified and monitored for quality. The quality control is carried out in relation to the EN 1047-2 / fire test, to supervision and monitoring manufacturers.
There are three accredited test institutes for EN 1047, and only one institution for EN 1047-2. Tests at other institutions do not meet the certification by the ESSA!
